SUG Election Campaign Posters Flood Campus as New Semester Resumes

With the resumption of the new semester, academic and non-academic activities have begun in full swing in most Departments, Faculties and institutions across the school. Also, many more students, who were yet to return, have continued to return, making the night hours on Campus livelier.

Also not left out in the activities of the Second semester is the Campaign for the election into student leadership positions across various levels in the school. Since resumption, Campaign posters from interested individuals and their campaign teams have continued to be posted at every available nook and cranny within campus.

Earlier on, before the end of the first semester, the School management called for the setup of an Election Committee that will oversee the conduct of the Student Union Government election for the upcoming 2018/2019 academic session.

Also, at the beginning of the week, elections were conducted for student leadership at the Aminu Kano Hall (Hall 3), that saw Mr., God’swill Okafor handover as the mayor of Hall 3.
