Uniben Management Lifts Ban on Campus Fellowships and Religious Groups

After several weeks ban on Campus fellowships and religious activities on Uniben Campus, by the Students’ affairs Division, the Management finally resolved the matter with the call back of all registered fellowships on campus.

This was revealed in an update by the management to the uniben community.

Thus, all fellowships and religious groups that are registered with the school, whose activities has been stalled during the ban can now resume its normal activities.

However, the use classes for any of these activities has been prohibited and all executives of these Fellowships have been advised to visit the Students’ affairs Division as soon as the ongoing J.A.C strike ends for re-registration.

Earlier on, the department of Students’ affairs banned the activities of religious groups and fellowships on campus saying that, there has been an unhealthy increase in the number of religious groups on campus with the halls been used as venues not been maintained.
