As the Management of the University of Benin rounds up exams for the 2018/2019 session, students have started moving out of the hostels.
After the announcement made by the Students’ Union Government (SUG) that there will be affordable buses available at the halls of residence (outside hall 2), students have moved out of the hostel in large numbers daily.
In a related news, the Management of the University of Benin has strictly warned students to move out of the hostels both inside and outside the school that is BDPA, Osasogie and Ekosodin immediately after their exams and this is because the school management is concerned particularly for security reasons.
In the past, issues of security breaches have been reported by remaining students especially when students have gone home for holidays therefore it is always a wise decision to vacate the hostels and environs after exams.
