Warning for Uniben Post-UTME 2017 Candidates + The Real Cut Off Mark

In order to educate candidates who seek admission into the University of Benin via the Post-Utme Screening Exercise, the admission board of the University released an update providing relevant information on vital and basic requirements needed to been admitted.

Prior to now, there has been much speculation surrounding the criteria required for admission to the University of Benin with so many false information and rumors being circulated online as well as offline.

The following information and instructions, to applicants and all concerned, was conveyed by the update:

  • Do not give money for admission. It is not for sale.
  • The Post UTME Pass Mark for consideration into the University is 50 marks.
  • Any Candidate who scored below this mark in the Post UTME Test will note be considered for admission.

It further stated that “not all candidates who scored 50 marks will be admitted” as the “admission is subject to candidates meeting with the Departmental Cut-off Marks”.

    why isnt anything been said on the aggregate that consisted the combination of postutme and jamb score….i thought that was the one to be used for giving admission??
